Bernard Watson, Jr. serves the Watson Family Foundation as co-Founder and Chairman of the Board. The son of two long-time educators, he understands the importance of education and the challenges students face while seeking pathways to successful futures.
Creating pathways to possibility
Mr. Watson champions the Watson Family Foundation’s vision to positively impact students and guide them toward post-secondary opportunities.
He is currently Director of Community and Media Relations for Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS), the nation’s 11th largest school district and the largest in Georgia, serving nearly 178,000 students.
