Executive Director
DeLesia Watson serves on the Board of Directors of the Watson Family Foundation, supporting its mission to expand access to higher education and help students reach their full potential.
Supporting student success
She also supports the work of the Success Through Education, Planning and Perseverance, or S.T.E.P.P., Foundation, which provides resources, guidance, and educational opportunities for students facing economic and other barriers.
Through her charitable service, Ms. Watson is committed to creating educational opportunities, supporting families, and helping build stronger communities.
Education
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
